Tom Mirabile

Admitted to practice law in the States of Oklahoma (1976) and Illinois (1977), the Federal District Court of Northern Illinois (General and Trial bar), Arizona, Federal District Court of Oklahoma, United States District Court of the Eastern District of Michigan, the U.S. Seventh and Tenth Circuit Courts of Appeals, the US Court of Claims, the United States Tax Court and the Supreme Court of the United States.


John Luther

John Luther has over 38 years of experience in all aspects of Intellectual Property litigation in major and boutique international IP firms, including lead attorney in many patent, trademark, trade secret, copyright, and related litigations across the country and appeals before the 9th, 7th, and Federal Circuit Courts of Appeal. Mr. Luther is a licensed US Patent Attorney and has drafted and argued through to issuance of hundreds of patents and their foreign counterparts and has successfully appealed many US patent applications in the US Patent and Trademark Office.


Mr . Luther has significant experience before the Trademark Trial and Appeal Board in representing clients in trademark opposition and cancellation proceedings and related litigation.

Mr. Luther’s practice also includes licensing and related transactions in the US and cross-border settings, having represented several multinational corporations including licensing patents owned by South Korea to DuPont.

He is admitted in the U. S. District Court for the Northern District of Illinois before both the General and Trial Bars, several other federal courts across the country, U.S. 9th, 7th and Federal Circuit Courts of Appeals, Oklahoma and Washington State Bars, U.S. Supreme Court, U.S. Court of International Trade, U.S. Court of Federal Claims, U.S Patent and Trademark Office.

Some recent cases include the successful defense of Beretta USA in patent litigation against Steyr Arms in the N.D. Ala. ,and the successful defense of Canadian Parks Commission in a trademark/infringement of publicity litigation against R. Kelly in the Northern District of Illinois.

Conjointly with Mr. Mirabile, Mr. Luther was a principal attorney in a number of successful litigations of Patent infringement cases on behalf of an addiction and detoxification patent for drug addiction treatment.

Ms. Voss is a fully licensed attorney (Abogada) in the Republic of Mexico  

Ms. Voss is a graduate of  INTERNATIONAL UNIVERSITY (UNAM). Mexico, City, Mexico  With a Bachelor's of Law with Honors and a Masters in Studies of International Relations, with honors, from the NATIONAL UNIVERSITY OF MEXICO (UNAM).  Mexico, City. Mexico
